酵素在美容护肤上 - 贡献
酵素最常用于抗衰老及美白的护肤品中，对老化去皱及面疤很有帮助。
皮肤最外的角质层，称之死皮会由许多板状细胞所组成，过多的角质层
会被酵素分解，自动脱落。这个过程称之[脱屑作用]（Desquamation）
。如果酵素因种种原因（如老化）不能有效地使死皮自动脱落，累积的
死皮会使皮肤显得缺乏生气与枯黄，阻塞毛孔，引起面疱，老化，皱纹
，松弛等，或形成鱼鳞状干燥皮肤。
酵素产品则可使脱屑作用顺利进行。使死皮不能累积及阻塞毛孔。酵素
与果酸有相似的效果，但酵素用量不比果酸多，副作用很少。
酶是酵素的正式化学名。它在美容产品中能帮助皮肤快述分解死细胞，
使色素均匀美白。
